Homemade Junnu
Milk:-1 cup
Condensed Milk:- 3 tbsp
Curd/Whole Yogurt:-1 cup
Grated Jaggery:- 3 tbsp
Cardamom Powder:-1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder:-a pinch
METHOD:- Mix condensed milk, warm milk, curd, cardamom powder, pepper powder and jaggery thoroughly.
- Steam cook this in a pressure cooker for about 30 - 45 minutes on a medium heat.
TIP:Yogurt/Curd should not be sour.
