Baked Methi Muthia/Methi Crackers
Whole wheat flour:-1/2 cup
Chick pea flour (besan):-1/2 cup
Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori Methi):-1.5 tsp
Chilli powder:-as per taste
Salt:- to taste

Chopped coriander:-1 tsp
Chopped green chilli:-1 tsp
Chopped onion:-1 tsp
Cumin powder:-1/4 tsp
Baking powder:-1/4 tsp
Olive oil:-3 tsp

METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients with little water and make a firm dough.
- Make small balls out of it and flatten them in oval shape.
- Bake them at 350 till they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
