Brocolli coconut curry

Ingredients:
Brocoli florets:-1 cup
Grated coconut:-1/2 cup
Onions:-2
Olive oil:-3 tbsp
Jeera:-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves:-1 sprig
Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
Turmeric powder:-1/2 tsp
METHOD:

  • Chop onions finely and make small florets of brocolli and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and curryleaves and once they splutter add onions and fry till pink.
  • Add brocolli and fry till raw smell is off.
  • Add turmeric,salt and chilli powder,grated coconut and fry a while.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice.
