Egg Brocolli Curry
Ingredients:
Brocoli florets:-1 cup
Eggs:-2
Onions:-2
Olive oil:-3 tbsp
Jeera:-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves:-1 sprig
Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
Turmeric powder:-1/2 tsp
METHOD:
- Chop onions finely and make small florets of brocolli and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and curryleaves and once they splutter add onions and fry till pink.
- Add brocolli and fry till raw smell is off.
- Reduce the heat lo low and pull the onion brocolli mixture aside and break the eggs into the kadai and make scramble.
- Once egg scramble is cooked ,mix up everything and let it cook together.
- Add turmeric,salt and chilli powder and fry a while.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
