Take one piece of Clove and suck on it slowly to get relief from acidity.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour:-1 cup
Egg:-1
Sugar:-1 cup
Instant Coffee powder:-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder:-1/2 tsp
Softened unsalted butter:-1/2 stick
Baking powder:-1/2 tsp
Chopped nuts:-to garnish

METHOD

Add sugar to butter and beat well till frothy.
Sift flour,baking powder,coffee,cinnamon and add to butter mixture.
Beat egg and mix well and set it in muffin moulds.
Add nuts on top.
Pre heat oven and bake the muffins at 375 for 30 min.
Check if a tooth pick dipped in center comes clean.
Let then cool on wire rack and serve.

Diet Care

Walk away from the computer/work area at least once every two hours and take a step outside.
