Ingredients:
Grated Gajar:-2 cups
Sugar:-1.5 cups
Cardamom powder:-1/2 tsp
Ghee:-3 tbsp
Cashews and raisins:-to garnish
METHOD: - Heat ghee and fry cashews and raisins and set aside.
- Add grated gajar and fry till raw smell is gone.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Cook till all moisture is gone and thick halwa is formed.
- Garnish with fried nuts and serve warm.
- U can mix some mawa/koya for enhanced taste.
