Ingredients:
Whole curd/Yogurt:-1 cups
Coriander leaves:-5 sprigs
Carrot:-small
Salt:-as per taste
Curry leaves:-2 sprigs
Green chillies:-3
Onion:-1
METHOD:- Beat curd to a smooth paste without lumps.
- Chop onions,coriander leaves,carrot,green chillies,curry leaves very finely.
- Take a bowl and add salt and the above finely chopped veggies and mix well.
- Add the beaten curd and mix well and serve along any biryani.
