Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms:-1 pack
Onions:-2
Tomatoes:-3
Coriander Powder:-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste:-1 tsp
Kasturi methi:-2 pinches
Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
Coconut milk:-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder:-1/2 tsp
Olive oil:-3 tbsp
Coriander and curry leaves:-to garnish
METHOD:

  • Wipe mushrooms clean and chop them.
  • Take little oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms till all moisture that oozes out evaporates and set aside.
  • Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add finely chopped onions and fry till pink.
  • Add gg paste and fry.
  • Add tomatoes,salt,turmeric powder and fry till tomatoes turn mushy.
  • Add kasturi methi,chilli powder,coriander powder,fried mushrooms and mix well.
  • Add coconut milk and let it simmer for few min.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves and serve hot.
