Milk Powder Gulab Jamuns
Milk Powder/Dry Milk:-1 cup
Baking powder:-1 pinch
Maida/All Purpose Flour:-3 tbsp
Oil:-to deep fry
Sugar:-1 cup
METHOD:
- Mix maida,baking powder,milk powder well and make a smooth dough with water.
- Let it rest for 10 min and make small smooth rounds out of it without cracks.
- Add suagr and little water enough to cover sugar and heat it till 1 string consistency.
- Heat oil in a deep kadai and fry jamuns on low flame till golden brown.
- Add the fried jamuns to sugar syrup and let them sit till well soaked with syrup.
- Serve warm.
TIP: Fry jamuns on low flame else the inside wont be cooked.
