Ingredients:

Grated coconut:-2.5 cups

Grated Jaggery:-1.5 cups

Sugar:-1/2 cup

Ghee:-3 tbsp

METHOD:


  • Mix grated coconut,jaggery and sugar and little water.

  • Cook till all the mixture leaves sides and comes together.

  • Add ghee and mix well.

  • Spread on a greased plate and cut into squares or make roundals.

Mutton Iguru/Lamb Roast

Ingredients:
Lamb:-1/2 lb
Onion:-2
Tomato:-1
Garam masala:-1 tsp
GG Paste:- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:-1 tsp
Salt n chilli powder :- as per taste
Coriander Powder:-1 tbsp
Coconut powder:-2 tbsp
Cilantro chopped:-2 tbsp
Oil/ghee:-3 tbsp
Mint chopped:-2 tbsp
Lemon juice:-2 tbsp
Curry leaves:-2 sprigs
METHOD:


  • Wash n cut lamb/mutton into small pieces.

  • Pressure cook lamb along with turmeric,salt,half gg paste,lemon juice till tender.

  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry chopped onions till pink.

  • Add gg paste and fry well.

  • Add lamb and fry till all moisture evaporates.

  • Add chopped tomato and fry till dry.

  • Add coriander powder,garam masala,coconut powder and fry till all flavors blend.

  • Add chopped mint n coriander and curryleaves.

  • Serve hot with steaming rice.

Oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour:-3/4 cup
Butter softened:-1/2 cup
Sugar:-3/4 cup
Egg:-1
Baking soda:-1/2 tsp
Rolled oats:-1 cup
Raisins:-3/4 cup
METHOD:


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Cream together the butter,sugar, egg until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and stir this into the butter/sugar mixture.

  • Stir in the oats, raisins.

  • Scoop out and bake them for 10-12 min.

  • Transfer them to cooling rack and serve.

Salt,chilli powder:- as per taste

Chopped coriander:-2 tbsp

  • Clean and marinate prawns with salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,gg paste and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry onions.

  • Add prawns and fry till pink.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft.

  • Add coriander powder,garam masala and fry till curry comes together.

  • Add chopped mint and coriander and serve.

Eggless Custard Cake

Ingredients:
Milk :-1 cup
Sugar:-3/4 cup
All purpose Flour:-1.5cup
Vanilla custard powder:-1/2 cup
Baking powder :-2 tsp
Baking soda :-1/4tsp
Butter:-1/2 cup

METHOD:



  • Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda custard powder well and set aside.

  • Soften butter and cream sugar along with it.

  • Mix milk and add flour mix and fold well.

  • Pour batter in greased tin and bake at 375F(preheated) till skewer comes clean.

  • Cool and serve.

Ingredients:

Urad dal flour:-1 cup (Available in indian grocery stores)

Sugar:-1 cup

Ghee:-1/2 cup

METHOD:



  • Dry roast urad dal flour without any oil or ghee on medium heat untill light golden colour and nice aroma comes..

  • Powder sugar and mix with urad dal flour and mix well.

  • Add ghee and make small laddos.

  • Let it cool and serve.
