coconut burfi / kobbari louz
Ingredients:
Grated coconut:-2.5 cups
Grated Jaggery:-1.5 cups
Sugar:-1/2 cup
Ghee:-3 tbsp
METHOD:
- Mix grated coconut,jaggery and sugar and little water.
- Cook till all the mixture leaves sides and comes together.
- Add ghee and mix well.
- Spread on a greased plate and cut into squares or make roundals.
