Chana Pulav
Ingredients:
Whole raw chana dal:-1/2 cup
Basmati Rice:-1 cup
Ghee:-2 tbsp
Julienned onions:-1/2 cup
Mint chopped:-2 tbsp
Corinader powder:-1 tbsp
GG Paste:-1 tbsp
Salt n chillipowder:- as per taste
METHOD:
- Soak chana overnight.
- Drain n pressure cook chana till soft but not mushy.
- Wash n soak basmati rice in 2 cups of water for 30 min.
- Heat ghee in a kadai and add onions and fry till pink.
- Add gg paste,mint,chana and fry.
- Add coriander powder,salt n chilli powder and mix well.
- Transfer the contents to the soaked rice and mix well and cook till done.
- Serve with onion raitha.
