Coconut khoya halwa
Ingredients:-
Fresh grated coconut:-1 cup
Ghee:-1/4 cup
Grated jaggery:-1 cup
Khoya:-1/2 cup
Method:-
Mix coconut,jaggery and ghee and cook on a slow flame.( take care that there are no impurities in jaggery).
When it is half done,crumble khoya and mix it in and cook till everything comes together.
Cool for a while and make into desired shapes.
